Richele McEwan- Founder/Creative Director
Richele was trained on the Sunshine Coast at the Coast Academy Of Dance. She is extensively trained in Modern, Contemporary, Ballet (I.S.T.D and Classical Vaganova), Hiphop, and Jazz styles. She also took several years of Tap, Acrobatics, Musical theatre and Pointe. She graduated from the C.A.D's elite program with a teaching diploma from one of the world's leading dance examination boards: The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. Richele is a life long learner and continues to take classes and perform any chance she gets. Alongside her ISTD certification, Richele also holds an Associate of Arts from Selkirk College--where she graduated with honours. She extends her learnings from children's psychology and university other courses into her daily teachings. Likewise, Richele is a certified HIGHFIVE coach as well as a trained artistic gymnastics coach. Before opening her own studio Richele gained experience teaching through the Coast Academy of Dance, Steps Dance Centre in Trail B.C., Castlegar and Trail Recreation Complexes and Turning Point Dance in Castlegar. |
Carley Naka- Dance Instructor
Carley is a long-time dancer from Nelson who loves working with kids. She grew up dancing ballet, jazz, modern, hip-hop, tap, and highland. She has previously worked with classes and created choreography for Allegro Dance Theatre and the LV Rogers Dance Program. She is currently working as a pharmacy assistant and a nanny in Nelson while working towards finishing her history degree online and becoming a teacher. She is very excited to be joining the Arrow Dance team and getting to know all of the dancers! |
Glynis Waring - Dance Instructor
Glynis began her dance journey at the age of three. Growing up in Revelstoke, Glynis trained with Just for Kicks Dance Studio and once graduated, followed her passion of performance to Edmonton AB, where obtained her Diploma in Theatre Arts at MacEwan University. She continued her dance education in Vancouver and studied with Lamondance Company, and also created a children's dance program, Drive Dance Kids located in East Vancouver. Glynis is extensively trained in Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Musical Theatre, and Tap, and is an Acrobatic Arts certified instructor. Known for her infectious positive energy, Glynis is inspired by the way the body can move and the joy that comes from each shape and expression. She continues to learn through professional development and dance education and jumps at the opportunity to create, collaborate and perform. |
Lindsey Worsnop - Administrative clerk
Lindsey is an administrative clerk with over a decade of experience. She specializes in creating process and workflows, and she understands the importance of confidentiality She has a vast knowledge of bookkeeping and enjoys researching new and efficient ways to complete tasks.
